Refund policy
At Lovebomb, we are committed to providing high-quality tattoo cartridges designed for precision and artistry. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have a strict no-return policy on opened or used cartridges. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
- Unopened Products: We accept returns only if the plastic shrink wrap around the outside of the cartridge box remains fully intact. If the wrapping has been removed, we cannot accept the return for health and safety reasons.
- Opened Products: Any product with broken or missing outer plastic wrapping is not eligible for return or exchange. This is to ensure sterility and safety for all of our customers.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team at sales@lovebombtattoo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation. We will evaluate the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any products due to hygiene and quality control measures. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please follow the steps outlined above.
Refund Processing
Once your return request is approved and we receive the eligible product in its original, unopened condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Final Sale Items
Any promotional, discounted, or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
