At Lovebomb, we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of our high-quality tattoo cartridges. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.
- Processing times may vary during peak periods, product launches, or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to best suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) on business days will be delivered the next business day.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
3. Shipping Carriers
We work with reputable shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ensure secure and timely deliveries. The carrier used will depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hoursto appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Lovebomb is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If a package is lost during transit, please reach out to us at sales@lovebombtattoo.com, and we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
8. Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items and email us at sales@lovebombtattoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and determine the best resolution.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. If changes are needed, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate.
